Screenshot API Documentation

This API captures website screenshots similar to APIflash. Endpoint: /urltoimage (GET).

Parameters

Parameter	Type	Required / Optional	Default	Description
access_key	string	required	–	Your API access key (set via env var ACCESS_KEY).
url	string	required	–	URL-encoded website URL (with http:// or https://).
format	string	optional	jpeg	Image format: jpeg or png.
width	integer	optional	1440	Viewport width in pixels (desktop view).
height	integer	optional	900	Viewport height in pixels. Ignored if full_page=true.
full_page	boolean	optional	false	If true, capture entire page (scrollable content).
quality	integer	optional	90	Image quality (0-100) for jpeg format.
delay	integer	optional	0	Seconds to wait after page load before capture (0-10).
fresh	boolean	optional	false	If true, disable cache for fresh load.
scale_factor	integer	optional	1	Device scale factor (1=standard, 2=retina).
transparent	boolean	optional	false	Enable transparent background (png format only).
user_agent	string	optional	Default browser UA	Custom User-Agent (URL-encoded).
wait_until	string	optional	domcontentloaded	Wait condition: domcontentloaded, load, networkidle0, networkidle2.
wait_images	boolean	optional	auto	Wait for visible images on Vucar auction pages. Set false for fastest capture.
image_timeout	integer	optional	10000	Max milliseconds to wait for visible images (0-20000).
image_settle	integer	optional	700	Extra milliseconds to let late thumbnails paint after image wait (0-3000).
block_trackers	boolean	optional	true	Block analytics/tracker requests that slow screenshots.
accept_language	string	optional	–	Accept-Language header (e.g., en-US).
css	string	optional	–	Custom CSS to inject (URL-encoded).
js	string	optional	–	Custom JS to execute before capture (URL-encoded).

Notes

Response is always the image binary (Content-Type: image/jpeg or image/png).
Params like url, user_agent, css, js must be URL-encoded if they contain special chars.
For advanced features (e.g., cookies, headers, element selector), let me know to extend.
Rate limiting/cache not implemented yet—add if needed for production.
